Shipping and Returns
SHIPMENTS AND DELIVERY METHODS
Each shipment contains: i / the products / or ordered / or with their original packaging if required; any accompanying documentation required based on the country of dispatch; any information and marketing material, including any discount coupons or other leaflets; any gadgets.
Shipments are free for orders placed in Italy. Unless otherwise agreed in writing, the seller will ship the purchased products exclusively to the destination address included among those indicated by the customer when registering on the website www.vetusatelier.com. The shipment will take place by express courier Poste Italiane, UPS, DHL, Bartolini (or other couriers according to the needs of the moment) with tracking. Any delay in delivery, or the unexpected impossibility of delivering one or more products ordered and confirmed does not affect the validity of the entire contract, which remains valid with reference to products already delivered or to be delivered in the future. The seller will ship the products ordered by the customer within 2 days of receipt of payment for orders for jewelry in stock, such as pendants.
Once the order has been shipped, delivery times in Italy are approximately 24/48 hours from the day following shipment.
For shipments to Europe the price is 12 € and the delivery times of the package vary from 2 to 6 working days, depending on the country where the order will be placed.
For orders for jewelry made to order by hand, such as rings and bracelets, shipping times may vary from the day of the order to a maximum of 15 working days from receipt of the final order. While for personalized jewelry the shipment will take place in a longer time, approximately within a minimum of 15 working days to a maximum of 30 working days from receipt of the final order. During the summer and / or Christmas period, orders may be delayed from one week to 30 days. Any delays in deliveries cannot be attributed to the seller, nor can any damage caused by the express courier for delayed or non-delivery be attributed to the seller, meaning the contract perfected with the delivery of the goods to the courier. However, the seller undertakes to collect any reports of non-delivery or delayed delivery of the products by means of the specifically dedicated customer service and to assist the customer in protecting their rights as required by law. In case of failure to collect the goods or failure to deliver due to an event not attributable to the seller or the courier, the shipping and return costs of the purchased products are charged to the customer.
When the Order is shipped, you will receive an e-mail with the tracking code of the shipment, ie the tracking code with a link that refers to the appropriate section of the website www.aureofirenze.com "Track your order". The tracking code is used to monitor the progress of the shipment (via the courier's website) or through the appropriate section on the "Track your order" site.
RIGHT OF RETURN
1. The customer can return the purchased product for any reason and obtain a refund. The customer may exercise this right within 14 working days of receipt of the goods by sending a written communication. The customer must contact Vetus Atelier by email and indicate RETURNS / EXCHANGES by filling in the email appropriately with a detailed explanation of the reason for the change / return. Personalized products are not refundable under any circumstances.
2. In any case, the returned products must be sent to the seller in a single shipment. The seller, in fact, reserves the right not to accept products of the same order returned and shipped at different times.
3. The return must take place within 14 working days from the date of receipt and can only take place if the product is intact in all its parts and not used.
4. In the event of an incorrect purchase, of size or product, the customer is entitled only to a single exchange; therefore make sure that the size and measurement are correct before making the change, by consulting the relevant size guides made available on the website www.vetusatelier.com.
5. The reimbursement of the price paid for the purchase of the product does not include the shipping costs for returning the goods which are charged to the customer who intends to withdraw from the purchase.
6. The customer bears the risk of loss or damage to the product during transport to the address indicated by the seller in the return form.
7. In the event that the customer returns damaged or used products, not provided with a form or not returned within the above deadline, not properly or completely packaged, or in which certain parts, such as components, are missing or have been damaged, elements, accessories, packaging, documentation, the seller reserves the right to refuse a full refund of the purchased goods.
8. In this case, the seller is authorized to withhold the related costs from the respective amount to be reimbursed, while the customer can get back, at his expense, the products in the state in which they were returned to the seller. Otherwise, the seller can keep the products, in addition to the amount already paid for their purchase.
9. Within 30 days of returning the product, the seller will refund, with the aforementioned limitations, the amount actually paid by the customer, by crediting the bank account or credit card (or other agreed form of payment).
10. If there is no correspondence between the recipient of the product indicated in the order form and who made the payment of the amount due for their purchase, the refund of the sums paid, in case of exercise of the right of withdrawal, will be carried out by the seller, in any case, to the person who made the payment.
EXCEPTIONS TO THE RIGHT OF RETURN
1. The right of return does not exist if the customer returns even partially damaged products.
2. There is no right of return and refund for customized products and customized sizes, both bracelets and rings.
PROHIBITION OF RESALE OF PRODUCTS
The customer is not allowed to resell the products or part of them, under another brand or similar, the Seller is authorized to reject orders placed by the customer if they break this provision (with reference to any product) or if he has reasonable grounds to suspect that the customer has infringed this provision in the past.
